Mike Astringer is a Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Leader focused on developing and executing best in class corporate Talent Acquisition and HR strategies, functions, projects and technology to support aggressive corporate growth objectives. For over 20 years Mike has served clients in a variety of capacities including developing and reengineering Talent Acquisition and HR strategies and functions, leading Talent Acquisition and HR functions, projects and technology implementations, full life cycle Talent Acquisition and HR consulting.
Mike has been responsible for helping to drive award winning cultures resulting in multiple Best Places to Work, Fastest Job Creator, Fastest Growing Private Company and Top Places to Work awards. Mike has served clients around the country working with incredible companies and teams in in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Alexandria, Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Austin, Baltimore, Las Vegas, Phoenix and other locations around the U.S.
Prior to founding Human Capital Consultants in 2005 Mike held senior leadership roles in the staffing industry and was Founder of a Las Vegas based provider of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources consulting services to leading technology firms.
Mike believes strongly in giving back to the community. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairs the Human Resources Committee for Livengrin Foundation, a non-profit provider of comprehensive addiction treatment services. Over the course of his career Mike has served in volunteer and board roles for organization such as Junior Achievement, United Way, State of New Jersey Workforce Development Board, Nevada Development Authority and other business and service organizations. He’s also served in advisory board roles for technology startups advising on strategic human capital initiatives and product development.
When not working with clients to build high performing teams Mike can be found by the water either boating or enjoying a day at the beach, traveling and spending time with his family.
